Illiquid stocks are the favorites for unscrupulous operators to "pump and dump". Furthermore, it is our opinion that investors and traders should approach all penny stocks, and stocks that are quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board and Pink Sheets, with extreme caution, regardless of daily trading volume."
