I believe I can honestly say that I have *never* shorted a stock that did not eventually end up lower than the point at which I shorted it. Never. Even stuff like CSCO that I only intended as a short term swing trade.

Thats pretty amazing. I have many many longs that I cannot make the same kind of statement about, and I am not one to buy into hype of any sort.

I only wish I had the patience to ride it out. I short at least 50% of my portfolio and I'm still in tatters because I didnt have the confidence to hold the short positions.

If we ever get a bubble like this again in my lifetime I will remember what to do.

Tony- could you post more of your positions here on SI like you used to? It's hard finding any good shorts these days.
