Yes, all of those Republican war mongerers of the 1900's. Let's see, Wilson, Roosevelt, Truman, Johnson, Bush, and Clinton. Hey, one out of six--not bad. Clinton sprayed the Yugoslav landscape with uranium depleted tank-buster shells, poisoning thousands--even his own peacekeeping troops. The Western land grab must have been penance to the environmentalists for his sins.

Well then, let's go back another century and add Lincoln--now there's a war mongering Republican for you. Er, wasn't he supposed to try and save the nation though?

Actually the first year of Bush's tax plan targets low income workers. I don't see how he can be blamed for talking us into a recession when the stock market had already been falling for six months before the election and economists were predicting a slowing economy going into the fourth quarter of last year.

I didn't vote for Bush, but he's far better than the clown who preceeded him IMO.
