This is going to be a transient pop. Since the Japanese do not have any thing to invest in at the moment in their own country the only thing the zero interest rate does is set up great opportunities to move the yen to places like Turkey and Albania, where investment opportunities are so much more positive.

The boj can not think out of the box, the Japanese government is senile, the banks are all in denial over the dead flesh they carry on their books, and now even the economy has died. There is no celebration in the real implications of a zero interest rate.
