*Local Anecdote*

Acquaintance works for one of the larger realtors in Scottsdale. According to him there has been an unheard of increase of homes listed in the well-to-do Paradise valley area, stock market related. Also in some areas of North Scottsdale where 2nd and 3rd homes are popular listing have rocketed. In one golf course community there were 17 listings out of about 400 homes... now there are 52. He's never seen anything like it and claims it's stock market related.
