based on his inputs databits certainly appears out of cash, out of margin, and has had to experience forced liquidation on some of his tech recommendations.

we do appear to be getting to some kind of a bottom in the next few weeks or days, but it could be 2% lower or it could be another 20-25% lower. before a bottom comes i recommend the tech stock rebound crowd study the gambling stock bubble of the 1970s. the gambling industry was projected to grow and grow and move all over the usa. the projections were correct, and the gambling industry has done very, very well in the last 25 years. the stocks however went into orbit in the 1970s, then declined severely (crashed some would say). many people in the late 1970s thought they would achieve escape velocity again after the big decline, but they did not. they just diddled around many, many years. the gambling biz was just fine, but the stocks acted normally and did not provide the gambling stock rebound crowd any satisfaction. the tech bubble/bust will likely give the players who insist that it is coming back the same lesson.
