On Saturday Bob mentioned that he could not make a case for the Naz to go below that level. This is 26% below where it closed on Friday, which would correspond to roughly 30 on the QQQ. Whether the bottom really does turn out to be at or above that level is anybody's guess, but it makes it easier to hang on having a number that is at least plausible for downside risk.
