The revenue and expenses of publicly traded companies must be reported to Shareholders regardless of whether they come from joint ventures or direct sales of the company's products. Gum Tech reports the results of their Gel Tech joint venture in just as great of detail as sales of their own gum products. Who are you kidding, Mark?

As for Gary, it makes no sense for him to remain with Gum Tech after they sell their gum manufacturing operations to Wrigley. His expertise is in gum manufacturing, not biotechnology or drug delivery, which is where the company is heading. In addition, Gary is important to the Swedish Match joint venture, and I'm sure that they want him where the gum is being made. You look mighty foolish and biased when you put a negative spin on each and every thing that Gum Tech does, especially when it is so obvious that you are really reaching.

The stock that Wrigley bought will be issued by the company. You can verify this with the CFO if you wish. Yeah, I'm sure that a conservative company with a high regard for their reputation like WWY wants to piss away $2 million on some POS scam stock, right? I'm waiting for the ludicrous negative spin on this from you and the rest of the bashers.
