neither but not au courant as to who at&t sources. vyyo and
hybr are really creatures of the mmds culture which is still
curing and developing itself with newbies knocking on the door soon if they can't clone NLOS and other inventions in
near future themselves. at&t gets to draw from larger
pond of suppliers as in near but own owned freqs at 1.9 and
now 2.3 GHz. It reportedly will use later WCS spectrum more
and more for its residential fixed wireless rollout.
