OJ, it seems that way ........... but .............

I would also be surprised after hearing some politicians of both parties, voicing their opinion on TV networks over the weekend, if AG will be so ego centric an not lower by 75 bp.

He and his team generated the bubble due to the lack of understanding the of the Y2K phenomena and before that saving his friends at LTCM in 1998 and failing to recognize the rapid softening economy by July August last year due to high oil prices and high dollar.

Presently with the dollar index back at 115 they have ample room to lower interest rates even by 1% and avoid a recession in the world economy. The CRB is also on the verge of breaking down even with the high oil prices. This tells a million about the danger of recession.

Some times I wonder why we see what the FED does do not?? the FED has now the last chance to act effectively at minimum cost to the tax payer?

The foot and mouth scare is eliminating a substantial amount of real assets in Europe and stifling commerce in the meat industry this is a very severe blow to the real world economy not a DOT.COM phenomena. ........ and this is on top of all the other economic illness ............ decisive action is needed IMHO ............ and promptly.
