Ashok Kumar states that intc could drop to $18. Great call from Kumar who just a month ago said that he would be a buyer of intc in high 20s. Is this guy for real? Of course he'll justify his change in outlook based on changes in the economy. But if things can change that quickly how do we know that his opinion at any given point has any credibility? I submit he's totally useless and his statements should be taken with a huge block of salt.
