HUNT VALLEY, Md., Mar 19, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CBQ, Inc. (OTCBB:CBQI), the
e-Business Infrastructure Company, today announced that its Quantum Net
Technologies subsidiary in Hunt Valley, Maryland, has changed its name to CBQ
NETSERV to better communicate that the company's focus is network integration
and related services.

Russell Fisher, who will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer, will manage
the daily operations of CBQ NETSERV. Mr. Fisher will continue to direct the Hunt
Valley, Maryland, operation in the network services area and with a focus on the
Maryland and mid-Atlantic regions.

CBQ NETSERV complements the operations of CBQ's newly acquired software
outsourcing subsidiary, EasySoft International, by providing network integration
and messaging technology, thus allowing CBQ to deliver end-to-end solutions to

and WAN development and implementation, O/S upgrades, and project management.
