Does anyone know if UltraRF supplies the transistors for Spectrian's MCPA3060? Samsung seems to have most of the Korean 1xrtt market....

Spectrian Captures Follow-On Order From Samsung
-Spectrian Ships 2500th Unit for CDMA2000 System -
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 19, 2001--Spectrian (Nasdaq:SPCT - news) announced today that it has received a follow-on purchase order from Samsung for multicarrier power amplifiers to support the PCS CDMA2000 network in Korea.

The purchase order is valued at over $9 million, increasing Spectrian's CDMA2000 backlog to over $14 million.

``Spectrian has exceeded our expectations on the PCS CDMA2000 project,'' said a high-ranking officer of Samsung's Network Systems Division. ``The MCPA3060 amplifier has met our performance requirements and as a result we plan to expand our relationship with Spectrian.''
