Re: Boeing - LA Times reported a "rumor" that the National Reconnaissance Office was setting up a new spy satellite program, cost $25 billion, one of the players probably Boeing. Given the state of opinion as to Loral's ability to keep secrets, I don't expect LOR to benefit. This probably explains why Boeing bought GMH.
