Land is great when inflation is expected or the bottom has fallen out of the real estate market. The bottom hasn't fallen out of the market here. I hope we are not going to see inflation. However, land development always holds the potential for great profits. What type of development are you thinking about? Homes, Apartments, Condos, strip shopping, office park? The best way to do land development is with OPM.<G>
