Oh, there will be a market, no doubt about it, the question is whether there will be many profits. Don't forget you're talking about a country with a penchant for nationalizing private telecomm networks. The Chinese are playing their position as "world's biggest market" masterfully and exacting huge concessions from companies doing business there.

We need trade treaty rules that require an INTERNATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE

We also need world peace and an end to hunger, but like your request above, those are not things that will happen anytime soon.
