The markets appear to me to be setting the stage for a powerful rally soon. With the concerns about all the world markets - from Asia to Venezuela, I wouldn't be surprised if Greenspan lowered both rates a full point (100 basis pts)....and that could kick the bear in the derriere for a few days. Many of the smallcaps sure look like double bottoms to me too...and today the volume in AXC has picked up as several of us have acquired shares for less than 30 cents.
