Hmm! I went through that phase a little earlier than you did -g- I then went through the button-down phase and now have come full circle in some respects.

I have read several of your posts and I must say that my outlook is not nearly as bleak as yours seems to be. It may be several years before we see the Nasdaq composite at 5000 again but the 3000 level is eminently doable and that would be an over 50% move from the lows. OTOH, anything is possible - if memory serves me right after the DOW got to over 1000 in the mid 60s(1966, I think), it never got to that level again until 1982!

I am curious as to whether you have any particular indicators that you would look for in helping you to assess that we may have made a bottom.
