Techs starting to roll!! Is this it?? Is this the bear market rally I've been waiting 4 weeks for?
I'm extra cautious with plenty of cash here, but I like what my ragtag, remnant collection of tech stocks is doing today. The port threatening to move back into the black YTD here.

I bit on DNR, got it at 9.28.
