<<Thought you felt the same way about insp...>>

Keith: I cut back on my INSP position in my IRA in order to scale into my NVTL position in the last week. I have been using limits on some of the tech stocks that I own. INSP's challenge is a credibility problem that the founder and CEO has with the Wall Street community. The company has good technology but is having trouble gaining the support of the key stakeholders in the investment community...Today we have a strong rally on the Nasdaq and most tech stocks were up but INSP hit new 52-week lows. Something is going on there --> could be MM manipulation or some Funds clearing out their positions. Who knows, it may roar back...but I think it will take some time. I prefer to run with NVTL right now. There is risk with this company too but with the very small float and the fact that the firm is executing well I don't see the price dropping much more....In a few months we'll see if my move was a wise one...=)

Good luck investing.

Best Regards,

Scott
