Bombardier payment included $5M in relation to Ficht: boating-industry.com Now that that's out in the open maybe we can decipher how much OMC settled for and how much ongoing payments were. It would be nice to know the royalty payment structure. That has to be buried in the court documents. Did anyone chase those down on line (in detail)?
