He also says rate cuts don't turn markets. He's not familiar with history either. Just like the last one turned the markets huh? 1/2 3/4 1.0 2.0 are going to do nothing to get me to buy anything. What about you? The average credit card debt is over $8000 and Greenspan and/or you are trying to get people to spend. Well if he succeeds it will be short lived and a huge credt bubble just gets bigger. This is no start of a new bull market. M
