Tumbleweed, I agree with you that applications will drive the size of the flash memory expansion card that people will purchase. There aren't a lot of applications that chew up huge amounts of memory. I have a couple foreign language dictionaries that utilize just under 5 MB and a Pocket Streets map using Microsoft's software application is good for a couple megabytes as well. The music applications require large amounts of flash, but do you think the average Palm user is a bit too staid for MP3? I guess so. I looked real hard at the M505 and didn't see an earphone jack or an external speaker! I think the availability of flash memory expansion will also drive new applications.
