All I have heard about T.L. Phipps is very good. CVIA needed a "sales driving force" and Terry Phipps seems to be that kind of person.

He said at the Stockholder meeting that he had basically sold his company for stock ($25,000 plus 750,000 shares of CVIA) and that seems to have been the case. So the pressure in on him to make sure the sales increase. He has built a nice business at T.L.Phipps, so he must see some strong potential in combination with CVIA.

The stock price is unbelievably low. I have seem other companies that have less, but were selling for more. I don't think it will stay in this 14-17 cent range for too long.

The addition of Phipps $2 million in annual sales for such a small amount of upfront cash is amazing!!

I don't know what the stock price will actually do, but just looking at the numbers and with the addition of T.L. Phipps, it sure looks the stock price should be bottomed out.

As long as they stay focused on sales, I think the stock will rebound nicely.

Best wishes,
Brad
