Good news/bad news: Good: the price is incrementally moving up, hopefully forming new higher bases. We have touched the 100 day moving average and it would be great to cross ABOVE it. Bad: the industry is incrementally moving up so RPC is not doing it on it's own merits(% increases are almost identical between industry and RPC). Looks like we are about to hit a significant resistant point. If we cross it convincingly and can CLOSE above it, it may form new support, if not - expect to wallow in the 11.5 - 12.5 for awhile. Just some babbling by: The Village Idiot
