Jacob: But the build out of CDMA in China is on a different kind of "borrowed money" - government money. And in Japan and Korea - and North America, and South America, and Australia, and on and on ... it is in current spectrum - low cost. Most of the nonsense is as if Europe were the world. It is not. The borrowing problem is a European problem where there is zero, repeat zero, CDMA now. Downside for the Q, zero, no? The only impact on Qualcomm from Europe's problems is delay in winning - but win Qualcomm will. (And in Europe, as elsewhere, 1xEV for data is available even with GSM/GPRS alongside) Best. Chaz
