Cal Fed had 300 million in capital pulled out from it by FIRREA.25% of this divided by the 5.1 million shares comes out to $14.70 per share. It looks like now its an arbitrage game based when the cash is dist etc. I would bet that the number you got from Fortune was based on the hope of damages.
