Kenneth, I'm referring to the recent passage of the "Safe Harbour" legislation - actually this was back in Q4'95, I think. Since then, we have been including what I consider to be a pretty "explicit" set of paragraphs in the earnings releases regarding our expectations for the coming quarter. This is more information than we used to be willing to provide. You'll note that there are also some lengthy disclaimers which try to capture the majority of the known variables that might cause our guidance to be off target.
