To each his own. I know Reid very well, and what you post doesn't bother me, or interest me, or change anything. But I congratulate you, sir: your post was certainly, in keeping with the thread name and ironically enough in the spirit of Vendit, off topic.
The guy is long gone, ferchrissakes. Maybe you can't forget for some reason (and I for one couldn't care less why), but I can't see one good thing which can come of bad mouthing a guy---true or not---who hasn't been on SI in two months, and won't be back ever----and spent years doing his level best to teach anyone who wanted it everything he knows about TA. For Free. And many, many people benefited, and were enriched, and were inspired and encouraged to merely do the same for others, always for free and for fun. There is nothing anybody can do or say or post which will change that fact. Personally, I find nothing whatever to knock there, and much to admire and aspire to.
So sometimes Vendit gets mad, and laughs, and looks stupid, and smells bad, and cries, and eats too much pizza, and makes mistakes, and rubs a few people the wrong way. Well, so do I, probably way, way more often. Gotta thick jacket and long priors, and if it wasn't for bad motives, sometimes I wouldn't have any motives at all. Vendit is human, and so am I. And Vendit is likely a far better human than I.
