It's been quiet, do you know why? Actually these releases on their website pose many more questions than answers.

DALLAS, Texas--(PRESS UPDATE)--Feb 15, 2001--Media Fusion Holdings, Inc. announced today that the management changes that recently took place were part of a process that began over six months ago. According to Charlie Sadler, Senior Vice-President of Business Development, "The company has made substantial changes to the benefit of the shareholders." As local media reports have indicated, "we knew that the best way to advance the technology was without Mr. Stewart at the helm." As the company continues this process, it will hold a meeting for all investors to provide the most accurate and current information. The meeting time and location will be announced in the near future.

DALLAS, Texas--(PRESS RELEASE)--Feb 14, 2001--As of January 12, 2001, the Board of Media Fusion Holdings, Inc. has removed William "Luke" Stewart as the Chairman of the Board and as an employee of the company.

The company is currently formalizing an in-house scientific team to continue the development of Media Fusion's patent. ASCM (advanced sub-carrier modulation) technology will continue to be jointly developed between the Media Fusion scientific team and an internationally recognized research laboratory.

As a result of these necessary actions by the company, Media Fusion expects minimal delays. Based upon the strength of its patent, the company will move forward to fortify its position in the global marketplace and to enhance its stockholders value.
