Hi Rajiv, Who would buy a P4 from a Costco? The folks buying P4's now are the early adopters. And where do early adopters buy? I sense Costco is the wrong channel for this early stage of a P4, an early adopter phase. The problem isn't P4, but I believe a channel mismatch, or rather, a channel timing issue. Regards, Amy J
