Gottfried, thanks for the data points from the SJMN. I think we'll see softening in business leases. $5.71 sounds way too high. The reason why the rents jumped so high in one year, is because nothing was available except to the highest bidder. The current availability will help retract this. Someone told me that an article said Ebay has 473 pages of Cisco routers being dumped on the market. I think the industry is seeing a massive quarter's worth dump of high-tech gear, components, etc., into the channel. The good news is, it'll be written off, and buyers a year from now, will want new product, not last year's used technology floating around on EBay or surplus dealers.
