The Japanese poured their money into the Nikkei and created an asset bubble like we had with the NAZ

It is my feeble recollection that the Neikie buuble was financed with leveraged $$'s from real eastate bubble assets. IOW, inflated real esate values were allowed to be parlayed into huge margined stock accounts. A bubble on top of a bubble.
