Wow. No response! Everyone must be too busy preparing to file their tax returns. After some looking around on Spectrian's and UltraRF's web sites, I do not have definitive proof that they are using an UltraRF part. However, IMHO it is highly unlikely that they would use someone else's amplifier when UltraRF used to be part of this company and there is a nice profit on the sales of these high performance transistors. ultrarf.com Jim
