If you are ever suspected of having one your long distance phone bills will be inspected, and even tapped to hear the financial communications used. So most people buy phone cards and use a variable payphone for these details, and do not transit borders with over $10,000 undeclared, if you decalre it the sniffers start. Best way is to mail drafts bought as odd amounts under ten thousand $
like $8675.44 and do not put your name on it, just note "mortgage payment' on it, and send it/take it to the offshore place. It is payable to your bank and is not negotiable and need not be declared. If caught say you are buying a property (vacation) and you need not say more.
Actually if you search the net there are dozens of places offering tax havens. Watch out for frauds.
Do not use the American virgin islands, or British. Too tied to major govts, so ferreting may be allowed.
