Elastic Networks Signs Technology Partner, Reseller Agreement with SolutionInc Limited
Elastic Networks to market SolutionIP suite of service provisioning and management software
ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2001-- Elastic Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: ELAS - news) announced today that it has agreed to become a reseller of SolutionInc Limited's SolutionIP(TM) suite of IP service provisioning and management software.
Under the technology partnership and marketing agreement, Elastic Networks will resell and support the SolutionIP software suite. Elastic Networks will also continue to sell and support its widely deployed YesWare(TM) suite of software for the hospitality market.
Elastic Networks will offer SolutionIP as a feature rich complement to its StormTracker(TM) suite of system management and provisioning software. SolutionIP server software provides advanced IP services provisioning and management functionality, enabling end-users to self-provision a range of network services, from delivering plug-and-play Internet access to providing premium services that require a routable IP address with its unique RealIP(TM) feature set. With SolutionIP, service providers also have access to an enhanced set of tools for network configuration, deployment of IP services, subscriber management, billing, and service upgrades. SolutionIP software will interface seamlessly with Elastic Networks' Storm System.
