the tactic i would use would be to build a sdram and ddr set up out of separate parts, take out the parts rmbs has a patent on , and tell inf to make their product work with out these parts.

Interesting strategy, but wouldn't you have to wait till the trial was over before building the set up without parts Rambus has a patent on?
