Hi Daniel: Sorry I really do not know the details on ACTL and can not provide you an opinion. You might check out the ACTL thread and their Web page for product information. It's possible that they service a different product niche where margins are smaller. Also, another key to identifying a sucessful company is the management team and how they have grown the revenues over the last five years. Both ALTR and XLNX have posted good growth rates in the past and the market tends to assign a preminum for this type of performance. Good luck with your analysis. EKS
