Gary,
Regarding chip heat dissipation technology, there is the oldie ISON now fighting a 52 week low due to a contractual dispute with Eagle Picher, and the tech slowdown. When they get this worked out, and they appear to be optimistic according to the 10Q, the stock should see better prices.
