no, the trial is about whether inf infringed, not whether rmbs has the patents. rambus HAS the patents.the jury could get a phyical look at a model, take out the rmbs patented parts and see what is left. as a laymen on the jury ,i would be able to see what sdram and ddr look like without the rmbs parts. i would challenge inf to make it work like so. let's face it you would need a jury of electronic engineers to get a informed trial. rmbs must simplify for the jury. like pomp, i don't think it will get to jury.jmho rocky
