Genset ADRs fall from $40 to $4 in one year.
quote.yahoo.com

I'd extracted quite a lot of profit from
biotech stock trading last year. Naturally
watching one of my favorite stocks melt down
has been a wake up call, and I find pretty
much wanting to keep my money out of the market.
I've not more than nibbled on a few things of
late.

How could I have been so wrong? What about
Genset was particularly misleading? I started
buying Genset again around $20, told myself
it could still go down 50%, and was still buying
at $10. Now that genxy has been halved again,
all I can say I wish I had the courage to admit
I was wrong and that I'd walked away much earlier.

I saw a great disclaimer at the end of a biotechies
post yesterday. I'm going to borrow it with a few
modifications.

DISCLAIMER: I am often an idiot. I made some money
in biotech last year. It was probably sheer luck.
Do your own DD. Don't let a $40 to $4 happen to you.
