Wayne, time will tell if the market is encouraging, long term, or simply encouraging another sucker rally. Historically, and hysterically, I'd guess sucker rally. When I see comments in the press like yesterday's " praying for a rate cut..." I can't help but think that people are grieving about their fiscal well being, and somewhere between the denial phase and the bargaining phase. Acceptance will come later.

I think so many people are clinging to the hope that AG will now bail THEM out that I believe they may capitulate if this cut doesn't start a serious rally. I don't think it will; instead, I think it will set the stage for the final distribution and lastly capitulation by the small investor.
