Since I have several requests in my inbox, I'll post it here.

Rather unorthodox, but Paul Chek is a leading authority in fitness and rehab, I tried the ball as chair and have been using it for some time. He says that human beings were not meant to sit on chairs. I have one in my office and one at home. My expensive ergo chair sits mostly in the corner at my office, obviously this will not work in most corporate settings, but if you have a private office it should not be a problem.
