Advice which could be compromised by the fact that Canada sells a lot of energy to the US; so it is in your economic interests to keep us from drilling ANWR. However, if the oil was on your side of the border,and your oil companies were making money of of it, just like your other artic oil platforms, you can bet Canada would deep six the caribou also.
