Confession: It is so hard (but sort of easy in its own way LOL) to restrain my impulses to "play" i.e. "gamble" the Fed announcement--I won't be here--what if he cuts 75 and I miss a big swing etc etc

And keep remembering that to be successful in the long run you never play news, you have to have the right ratio of risk/reward

So be it...sigh....but the impulse is still there!
