I am long on CPN also - here is the latest from the Public Power Advocates - I recommend all look at it to become aware of the issues. It's a PDF file so you may need to right click it and "save as" a filename in your TEMP folder, then open the file using ADOBE reader. I do not know why the authors did not use an HTML format. If we get some more blackouts today, the political situation will really start to heat up. The QF's are suspected of voluntarily and involuntarily shutting down for lack of payment from the investor owned utilities.
