Gary,
I sent an e-mail to NMFG regarding the 'E' situation. Here is the response this AM. Btw, I just added a few more after I received this:

Dear XXXXXXXXXX

We are aware of the timeline involved in removing the E from our ticker. I have been told that the 10Q will be filed within a week, in time to avoid being listed on the pink sheets.
