LearnCom, Inc. Acquires TrainSeek.com

BENSENVILLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2001--LearnCom, Inc. (OTCBB:LRCM - news) announced today that it has reached agreement in
principle to acquire certain assets of TrainSeek.com of Salt Lake City, Utah, one of the country's leading e-commerce websites (www.trainseek.com) for marketing
of training videos, courseware, e-learning, books, manuals, CD-ROMs, seminars, and consulting services. TrainSeek's library totals more than one million titles from
2000 vendors, partners and producers. Subjects range from IT to employee and management training, safety, technical skills, etc. TrainSeek started developing and
marketing its huge site two years ago and opened for business in March, 2000. Closing is expected within 30 days.
