IMO what China needs is a combination of two or three

- very cheap network, infra, 5-10 phone per village.
(what's the infra cost per square mile, mast density,
connecting lines??)

- lots of bandwidth, capacity in the huge cities.
(lots of capacity above 2Ghz, for any modulation system,
doesn't really matter)

- a future as a player, manufacturer in technology
(not a license paying share cropper)

Anyone who doesn't offer this to china probably should go
home and do something else.

Ilmarinen.

P.S. The free arab, muslim market in water is smart, when you
have water and meet somebody who doesn't have water in the
desert, the buyer is free to define the price he/she is
willing to pay (the christian version assumes one is
healthy and rich, riding on an ass, and one is half dead,
a third is that the Customer is the King)

P.P.S. The "medicine" delivery attempt of today is to
give europe a taste of how licenses can be bought
cheaply after the auction-fact by playing russian
chess with bankruptcies, as in USA.

The other delivery is what happens to saving Q below $50??

P.P.P.S Comprehend??
