Come now, Nokia already (just recently) released the 3390 for American GSM operators. The TDMA line-up is catching up with that, and has got itself a *very* nice phone.

The CDMA 3285 appears, from the picture on www.nokiausa.com, to have very little in common with the 3210. For starters, it has an *external* antenna (I thought we were well past those days!) and two softkeys - it looks more like a very fancy 62xx with button style from that "blue" phone targetted at Asia (the 8250 IIRC).
